Christmas List

My Christmas list is very short this year. Proabably just a good pair of dumbells to help with my lifts and stuff. I can get some good ab workouts in with them and stuff so that would be nice. I would also like to have a Christmas dinner with my mom and my brother Jesse. That would be great. i wish I could see the rest of my family but thats not to likely. I would love to see my sister in North Carolina, but that is only wishful thinking, because I know moneys tight with her right now. But merry Christmas either way and much love to everyone down there. And to all of my family who lives south of Maine for that matter.

My Lifting Guide Lines

1. Try to work harder than the man above you.
2. Always get descent rest between sets, even if its 20 seconds.
3. Keep a positive attitude when lifting; you get better every day you do it.
4. Never give up mentally. If your going to fail, do it because of your physical fatigue, not because you thought you couldn't do it.
5. Good form is key to lifting. Don't do a workout you don't know how to do.
6. Take at least one or two days off. Your body is like a car, it can run on empty, but sooner or later, its going to break down.
7. Have fun when you lift. If it seems boring, get a lifting partner you enjoy talking to or listen to music while your lifting.
8. Drink water between sets. Staying hydrated keeps your car cruiseing.
9. Don't over do it and try not to set goals.

Favorite Food

My favorite food would have to be any kind of feast, like a Christmas feast, or Thanksgiving, or Easter. I also love sweet cereals like Captain Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, and the always delicious Trix. I also love Weaties and Raisin Bran.

Hey

I like it when people say the word, "Hey." Its really quite a thing. Bees can be all sorts of fun, and all sorts of trouble, especially in swarms. Not always the safest choice on a farm, but who can resist their sweet and suckuler honey. It is just so delicious! and you can do so many things with it! Like making pies and things. I don't know what I'm talking about anymore. Who really knows anyway?

Artistic

I liked the picture, for its feeling of mystery. The guy makes you think,"Whats next?" It's like he's been traveling for years and finally reached his goal or something. I guess you could say thats how I feel about it spiritualy. It makes me want to get up and go somewhere, or just sit and think about my life for a while. Over all, very nice.

Art Dude

That artwork is absolutely spectacular. I've never seen anything like it. I totally wish I could paint like that. The bulldozer was awesome. It took me about thirty seconds to find him, and then I felt like an idiot. Very cool though.

Gift of Juelz

I would also give the gift of pain to those who deserve it. People who don't have a heart, people who don't have selfrespect, people who don't care about eachother. I'm tired of it. I think we all owe ourselves a gift, and thats the gift of giving, and sharing, and to train ourselves to be more caring. Gifts are not important.

Any Gift

I would give my legs to tiny Tim, and seven pounds of flesh to Will Smith. Then I would give the tin man a heart, the scarecrow a brain, and the lion courage. Or maybe I would give the people who need money or food and shelter whatever they needed to keep them alive and safe. Or maybe I would give someone living in a poor neighborhood a chance to travel out of their oppresive lives. Or maybe I would give my sister and her husband some baby clothes for my niece. Or maybe I would give Valley high a weightlifting coach so I could stop talking about how bad we need it.

Christmas Tree 2

My favorite kind of Christmas Tree's would have to be the conventional Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Charlie Brown is the bomb digety and so is his tree. I used to watch the Charlie Brown Christmas special almost everyday. Those were the good old days when I didn't have to do anything but watch T.V and go to school. Another memory that I'm rather fond of is when jme and my brother and sister used to go out and pick a christmas tree from the back yard and my dad would come with us and say, "Hey look the elves put up the candy canes on the trees!" and there was always candy cains on them. That was cool.

Christmas Tree's

I love there smell espescialy. They look very pretty too, and always seem to bring so much holiday cheer. I don't understand why people put more than one in their houses though.

Snow Days

Are the SHIZZLE! No, there ok with me, as long as they get us out of school. It sucks to walk up my driveway in a storm though because I have such a long driveway. But once I get up there I like it because I can just stay home and not do a mofo thing at all.

Three Ideas For A Blog

How about, "Whats your favorite pun?" No thats not a really good one. My blog of the month would be,"What blog would you use out of the three ideas that you came up with?" No that would be a crappy one to. I guess my third idea would have to be,"What is your third choice for a blog idea? How does this bog effect your life and why?" So I would pretty much right about absolutely nothing because its not my job to come up with silly, stupid blogs.
