Training is good
I love to train at five thirty in the morning. I feel so wonderful afterwards. We did 106 pushups, downups, burpies, and jumping jacks a piece this morning. We also did 8 sprints, one was for around the gym, and the other was four down and backs. I can't wait to do it all over tommorrow, and thee next day, and the next day, and the next day.
